The TAG Heuer Carrera WAR201C.BA0723 was designed in 1963 by Jack Heuer as a tribute to the most dangerous motor race in the world, the Carrera Panamericana. Built for professional drivers, the original Carrera broke all the rules and ushered in a new era of timepiece design.
The stainless steel case houses the Calibre 5 automatic movement with a 38-hour power reserve, protected behind scratch-resistant sapphire glass. The classic black dial contrasts with rose gold hands and baton hour markers with luminescent strips for low-light visibility.
Both day and date windows are situated at 3 o’clock with subtle minute markings around the rim. The understated stainless steel bracelet utilizes a deployment clasp for easy closure, water resistant to 100 meters.
