Frequently Asked Questions
How do you guarantee the authenticity of your watches?
Every timepiece in our inventory undergoes a forensic, multi-point inspection by our certified in-house horologists. We verify the movement caliber, cross-reference serial numbers against international manufacturer databases, and inspect all external components. We issue a 100% authenticity guarantee with a full refund policy if a watch is ever proven otherwise.
Do the timepieces come with a warranty?
Yes. All unworn timepieces come with a comprehensive 3-Year LuxuryTime Warranty covering mechanical manufacturing defects. If the watch includes a valid, dealer-stamped factory warranty card, the balance of the original manufacturer's warranty will supersede ours.
What is your shipping and delivery process?
We partner exclusively with elite, specialized couriers for fully insured, armored transit. Because of the high value of our items, all deliveries require a direct adult signature and valid government ID upon receipt. We ship globally on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
Can I trade in my current watch toward a new purchase?
Absolutely. We offer a highly competitive direct acquisition and trade-in program. Simply provide your watch's details to our concierge team, and we will present a market-accurate valuation that can be applied directly as credit toward your new timepiece.
What payment methods do you accept for high-value transactions?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) subject to stringent 3D Secure authentication. For transactions exceeding specific limits, we strongly recommend or may mandate payment via bank wire transfer for maximum security.
Can you source a specific watch if it is not in your current inventory?
Yes. Our dedicated concierge team specializes in sourcing rare and highly allocated timepieces. Leveraging our extensive global network of authorized dealers and private collectors, we can locate specific references and procure them on your behalf.
What is your return policy if the watch doesn't suit me?
We offer a strict 14-day evaluation period for eligible purchases. To qualify for a return, the timepiece must remain absolutely unworn, unaltered, and have all original LuxuryTime security tags, factory plastics, and provenance documentation fully intact.
What exactly does "Unworn" mean?
"Unworn" timepieces are completely pristine and have never been worn, although they are being sold through the secondary market. They include all original boxes, manuals, and accessories, exactly as they left the factory, but may have had their original dealer warranty card dated upon the initial sale.
Do you polish your pre-owned watches?
We maintain a purist approach to horology. We actively avoid polishing vintage or highly collectible pieces to preserve their original case profiles and historical integrity. Any re-finishing performed on modern pre-owned pieces is executed strictly to factory specifications and will be explicitly noted in the watch's condition report.
Are international import duties included in the purchase price?
No. All international shipments are dispatched on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The buyer acts as the importer of record and assumes full responsibility for any applicable local customs duties, import tariffs, or value-added taxes (VAT) levied by their country's customs authority.
